This event hosted by the AmCham Law Committee in cooperation with the Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia (IPAC) is open to all members and non-members and brings together experts in intellectual property to discuss key issues regarding trade secrets. The event includes a detailed explanation of the concept of trade secrets by Dr. Virak Prum, Chairman of CamEd Business School, a presentation about the practical realities of trade secrets in Cambodia by Mr. Kang Daravuth, President of IPAC, and Mr. Jay Cohen, Director at Tilleke & Gibbins who will share valuable insights on best practices and strategies for managing trade secrets in environments where trade secret laws are absent including real-world case studies. The event will conclude with an engaging panel discussion, allowing attendees to dive deeper into the complexities of trade secret protection and management.
