Annual General Meeting 2020 of the American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia

The American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a mandatory yearly gathering of members and interested shareholders. At our AGM, the Board of Governors present an annual report containing information for shareholders about AmCham's performance and strategy.

This year's meeting will be on Tuesday, November 24 at 5:30pmat Raffles Hotel Le Royal. A delicious buffet dinner will be served (Thanksgiving food theme, of course, with a LOT of side dishes!) and there will be free flow wine, beer, soft drinks, and juice. Social distancing measures will be in place.

At the 2020 AGM, we will elect or re-elect six members to Board and show appreciation to those volunteers for their two year service. We will also announce the winners of our annual CSR Excellence Awards, which are given in order to raise awareness about CSR among AmCham Cambodia members and the community, and to recognize the companies and individuals with the best-practice CSR programs in Cambodia.

Finally, we will discuss how AmCham will transition from 2020 and will lay out the plans for a vibrant 2021, and conclude with the announcement of the 2021 Board of Governors. Note that Members hold the right to introduce additional agenda items.
