The American Chamber of Commerce Women's Committee is thrilled to introduce a mentoring program called EMPOWER HER, aimed to support young women professionals in their early careers.

We want to support and engage our members on two levels in this program. We are asking for your help to:

1. Nominate 1-2 mentors (senior executives who want to make an impact on the lives of young professionals who are starting in their career path)

2. Nominate 1-2 mentees (young working women in your company who are looking to gain support from mentorship by other senior leaders from various industries)

EMPOWER HER is a three-month program, lasting from October – December 2022. The commitment from both mentors and mentees is a minimum meetup of twice per month (1-1.5 hours for each mentoring session). The topics for mentoring are dependent on the need(s) of the mentees, which we will gather feedback once we have the nominated mentees, and will match to the expertise of the mentors.

The deadline to nominate mentors/mentees is Friday, August 26 to allow AmCham to match the needs and skills of the participants. We will launch EMPOWER HER during the first week of September.
