Event Details

Languishing is a sense of stagnation and emptiness, where you may feel joyless and aimless (read more in this great New York Times article: https://www.nytimes.com/2021/04/19/well/mind/covid-mental-health-languishing.html). Many people have been struggling during the last few months, and women in particular have faced specific challenges.

We have two incredible speakers and a superb moderator. First, Ms. Jovana Radokanovic, a Family, Couples and Child Counselor, will speak about personal mental health and resilience. Then, Ms. Veena Reddy, Mission Director at USAID, will focus on organizational adaptation in times of stress, and the session will be moderated by Ms. Tean Ly, Treasurer of the AmCham Board of Governors. We will then have a long Q&A Session, where participants can raise up their own experiences.

*This webinar is for AmCham members only, and is open to both women and men.
