The American Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia's annual general meeting (AGM) is a mandatory yearly gathering of a members and interested shareholders. At our AGM, the Board of Governors present an annual report containing information for shareholders about the AmCham's performance and strategy.

Shareholders with voting rights vote on current issues, such as appointments to the Board and charter revisions. At the 2019 AGM, we will elect or re-elect four members to Board and show appreciation to those volunteers for their two year service.

Shareholders who do not attend the meeting in person may vote by proxy, which can be done by downloading and submitting this form​.
