Our Keynote Speaker is H.E. Dr. Kong Marry, Secretary of State, Ministry of Economy and Finance and Secretary General of Digital Economy and Business Committee (DEBC).

The event aims to disseminate key takeaways from the Digital Economy Forum II, offer updates on Cambodia's digital policy landscape and its alignment with the ASEAN Digital Economy Framework Agreement (DEFA), and facilitate dialogue among stakeholders for a sustainable digital ecosystem in Cambodia.
